MCR Contest Forms Page

The Mid Central Contest Forms have been updated for the 2025 MCR Convention. MCR Form #901 must be submitted with all contest entries, both judged and non-judged. The NMRA National Contest forms are provided for entries in national contests and some other regional contests, and they should NOT be used for Mid Central Region contests.
Some entries require additional forms to be submitted, as provided below. The MCR Form #901 and the Judging Form (if listed) must be completely filled out before being submitted with the entry. Each entry must have its own MCR Form #901 and Judging Form, if listed.
